Yalumba Nursery Operations Update
Hill-Smith Family Estates has advised that operations at Yalumba Nursery are currently being paused as part of a strategic review.
This review reflects the current state of the vine nursery industry, which has been significantly impacted by broader wine industry challenges and an unprecedented decline in nursery orders. We are closely monitoring market conditions to determine when operations may recommence.
During this period, Nursery Manager Bethany Collins will continue in her role, ensuring ongoing support remains available to past, present, and prospective customers. We remain committed to providing advice and assistance regarding clonal selections, rootstocks, new varieties, and future planting discussions, and orders.
While nursery production is paused, this is considered an active pause, and we continue to welcome and respond to all nursery-related enquiries.
