NURSERY MANAGER & VITICULTURIST
Adam has had a career of 14 years at Yalumba, joining in 2008 as a technical officer at our Oxford Landing Estate vineyard where he worked closely with our field nursery team and source areas. In 2011, he took on the role of Grape Purchasing Manager which encompassed all South Australian cool and warm climate regions. During his career Adam has built up a kit bag of experience in Nursery management and within our organisation has actively led us in our new variety and clonal development projects. Outside the nursery Adam loves spending time out in the garden with his young family at their home in the Barossa, or by the beach on the Yorke Peninsula.
Linda McLeod started in the Nursery in June 1994, working between administration and the grafting floor. Since then Linda has remained one of the constants at the Nursery and developed an intimate knowledge of the business. Linda is the first point of call with our customers, and her dual role during vintage in the grape lab at Yalumba's Angaston winery also means that she has detailed knowledge of many of our customers’ needs. Linda is married with two children and five grandchildren. She dreams of a day when she can spend all her time with the grandchildren, but at the moment she works to spoil them all.
OXFORD LANDING ESTATE VINEYARD MANAGER & REGIONAL VITICULTURIST
Glynn's career at Yalumba has expanded for a total of 19 years, with over 27 years' experience in warm climate viticulture in the Riverland. In 2013, he took on the role of Oxford Landing Estate Vineyard Manager and Regional Viticulturist. Outside of Glynn managing the vineyard and organising warm climate grape intake, his role has a strong focus on vineyard nursery operations. These include the management of Yalumba's field nursery and overseeing the development of Oxford Landing Estate's germplasm sites. During Glynn's spare time he enjoys overseas travel and 4WD touring with his wife Sarah and close friends.
